- Baroness Grey-Thompson
Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson is one of Britain’s most iconic Paralympic athletes. She competed in five Paralympic Games, winning 11 Gold Medals. In addition to her outstanding Paralympic achievements, she won the London Wheelchair Marathon a total of six times.
Tanni has gone on to play a prominent role in public life, and is currently Chair of ukactive, a Non-Executive Director of the BBC, Chancellor of Northumbria University and sits on the board of Transport for London.

Caitlin is founder and director of a company called Halios which advises fast-growing businesses in media, technology and sport. She is also Non-Exec Director of Juventus Football Club and a member of the global digital executive network, H2.
Previously Caitlin worked at the Boston Consulting Group before moving to the BBC where she held leadership roles in commercial business development and strategy for almost ten years. She began her career at Framestore visual effects company and McCann Erickson advertising agency.

- Ray Luther
Ray Luther, PCC, is a senior lecturer of management and the executive director for the Partnership for Coaching Excellence and Personal Leadership at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.
Ray founded and co-directs the Kelley MBA Leadership Academy, and previously served as executive director of the fulltime Kelley MBA Program. He teaches classes in personal leadership, strategic visioning, organizational behavior, and executive coaching. He has also developed programs for clients including John Deere, H&R Block, National Express, Cummins, OneAmerica, MISO, and the NFL Players Association.
Ray’s work experience spans 25-years and includes executive team leadership, strategy, branding, market research, innovation and change management. He started his career as a U.S. Army Officer in the 3rd Infantry Division where he was a platoon leader and a company executive officer in the Medical Service Corps.

Rowena is a commercial lawyer with over 10 years of dedicated experience in the sports industry including within football, athletics, rugby, motorsports and a variety of other Olympic sports. She specialises in the sale and implementation of international sponsorship and broadcast agreements. She has worked with some of the largest global sports properties, negotiating ground breaking deals for sports and major endorsements with some of the most prolific athletes in the world. Rowena completed an MBA in International Sports Management and now runs her own holistic full-service sports agency dealing with all aspects of the commercialisation of sport.

Tremaine du Preez
Tremaine is on the global faculty for Duke Corporate Education and, previously, adjunct professor at SP Jain Global School of Management, lecturing on both the undergraduate and MBA programmes. In 2009 Tremaine designed the critical thinking training programme for the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Singapore’s Central Bank), which she also delivered.
Tremaine spent 12 years in Asia coaching executives and lecturing in behavioural finance, decision science and critical thinking to multinational organisations, government agencies and on MBA and undergraduate programmes.
