  • GOAL

To develop a leadership team capable of driving business transformation and improved performance

  • CHALLENGE

To align and strengthen a leadership team that had undergone significant change

  • IMPACT

Increased team performance, stronger psychological safety and an enhanced sense of belonging

Challenge

Our client, a multinational utilities company, was facing declining market share, poor customer feedback, and operational inefficiencies. At the same time, significant changes at executive level had reshaped the leadership team.

The Managing Director and Executive Team wanted to strengthen four critical areas: alignment, trust, belonging, and execution. They also sought to build greater psychological safety to encourage open dialogue, constructive challenge and stronger decision-making.

Solution

Bespoke Leadership Team Effectiveness Programme

Equiida designed and delivered a bespoke Leadership Team Effectiveness Programme, combining team workshops, executive coaching, observation, and feedback.

The programme was informed by leadership assessments, survey data, coaching insights and ongoing stakeholder feedback. This enabled us to measure progress, identify development opportunities and provide recommendations for continued leadership growth.

Leadership capability increased by 18%, improving focus, accountability, and execution.

  • Enhanced Psychological Safety
