Ria Moore

Ria is an FCCA qualified accountant with comprehensive experience in both public practice; dealing with compliance matters such as personal tax, VAT, statutory accounts, and corporation tax, as well as leading in-house finance teams within a range of industries to include education, travel, construction, and music.
Ria enjoys implementing and streamlining financial processes with a modern outlook and the use of digital systems and software. As well as possessing a ‘hands on’ approach, her desire to make a positive impact within business means she constantly strives to apply her technical knowledge and experience to individual situations and translate the jargon into meaningful and accurate information capable of supporting important decision making.
Before embarking on her accountancy career, Ria gained an LLB (Hons) Law degree from the University of Greenwich and the Legal Practice Course qualification from the College of Law in London.
Kris Elliott

Kris is a Canadian professional with a diverse background in operations, office management, and HR. She has extensive experience supporting teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
As the co-founder of an academic research, retrieval, and translation business, she developed strong analytical and communication skills. Having lived in Toronto, Berlin, and London, she brings a global perspective to her work.
Kris holds a BA in Culture & Language and an MA in History & Sociology, along with language certifications in French and German.
Jenny Knott

Jenny is a board level investment banker with over 30 years’ experience. Having worked as a CEO, CFO and COO, she is widely respected for leading the modernisation and transformation of major institutions throughout the world, including China, North America, Europe and Africa.
Jenny has been a public advocate for the radical technological modernisation of the Financial Services Industry. Her strategy and application in the Fintech sector has been praised as “the Game changer of 2017” by Global Derivatives. She acquired and nurtured a number of award winning technology companies and championed the value of blockchain in extensive media appearances in the UK and the USA.
Jenny is a winner of the “Woman of the City, Financial Services” Award and she acts as mentor and advisor to a number of CEOs.
Frank Douglas

Frank Douglas is the CEO of Caerus Executive, an advisor and a speaker. He was born in the USA and spent a major part of his life in New York. He was the EVP, Group Human Resources Director for Misys, the Group Human Resources Director for Scottish & Newcastle and Transport for London (TFL). He is also a Non-Executive Director and a Chartered Companion of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Frank was included in the list of the top 30 ‘most Influential HR Directors’ in the UK and has spent the last 15 years working internationally but now lives in London.
Jonathan Bevan
Jonathan is a CEO and board director with extensive experience previously as a Divisional CEO, COO and CFO for Clear Channel Outdoor, a $3bn global media business. Jonathan is also an experienced Non-Executive Director with over 10 years on the Non-Exec Board at Clear Media Ltd; a Hong Kong quoted business with a US$500m market cap operating in mainland China.
Jonathan has an outstanding commercial record of driving strategic initiatives and leading transformational change. He has driven implementation through leadership of key business functions including strategy, sales, sales operations, marketing, HR, finance, revenue management, business development and operations. He also has a strong record in attracting top talent and leading, building and motivating teams.
Mark Chamberlen
Mark is a Paralympian who competed in Great Britain’s downhill ski racing team between 1982-1990. The majority of his career has been spent in recruitment and executive search, operating at board level to address all human capital strategy & change management issues for clients in a wide range of sectors, particularly, Professional Services, Retail, Financial Services, Life Sciences, and Public Sector including Charities. In 2010 Mark qualified as a Business Coach through Meyler Campbell and in 2016 he focused entirely on building his own coaching brand.
With lived experience of visual impairment Mark believes in the power of story-telling to address a very present need for corporate understanding of difference, in order to encourage best practise among employers in relation to inclusion.
David Daniels
David possesses over 25 years of executive and operational leadership in the education sector. He has dedicated his career to helping increase access to quality and affordable education for students with a passionate focus on persistence and completion.
Recent corporate experiences include President of Academic Partnerships, a privately-held Online Program Management business recently sold in December, 2019 to Private Equity. Prior to Academic Partnerships, he oversaw all managed services for Pearson's Higher Education business in North America including their Online Program Management division.
He has held numerous other senior roles spanning K-12 and Higher Education. With a unique blend of educational, government, start-up, board work, and corporate experience, David has a wealth of knowledge in business process outsourcing, learning design, product development, organizational design, change management, and implementing/scaling innovative solutions in traditional and non-traditional environments.
David is also a husband and a father of six children.
Josette Goldberg
Josette Goldberg is President of Goldberg Executive Coaching, a Chicago-based executive coaching and leadership development firm, specializing in taking already successful business leaders and their teams to the next level of performance. She has demonstrated success in assisting her clients to meet their financial and operational goals by focusing on analysis, planning, and execution.

Linda Grant
Linda is a Chairwoman, CEO and advisor who has over 25 years' executive experience in developing and executing transformational growth strategies within major media groups. Earlier in her career Linda held senior marketing, commercial and strategy roles across print, radio and digital operations which then led to to general management and board positions. Linda now has a portfolio career as Chairman, Non-Exec and advisor across both consumer and business-to-business companies.
Most recently Linda has been the Chairwoman of Housesimple Ltd., a technology led business in the growing online property sector and NED of Crowdreactive, a technology led social media company for large events and content generation.

Jacqueline Heron
Jacqueline had over 25 years’ corporate experience in senior leadership and consulting roles in global risk and human capital consulting firms Mercer and Aon, where she was responsible for a number of business divisions. These included business strategy, client management, operations, new business areas and high-profile regulatory reviews.
Jacqueline also led significant change management projects. Creating high performing teams, inspiring others and delivering real business results were key to her success. She helps individual clients develop strategies and practical steps to bring their resilient self to work. This feeds into her work with leaders, working with them to understand their authentic ‘tone from the top’ and its impact.
Penny Illston
Penny is a leader with a global career as a board level director and deliverer of organisational and individual transformation. She is a commercially astute Board HR Director with a great track record in global and UK board-level roles in the retail, leisure and hospitality, education and travel sectors.
She works with executives in teams and individually as an interim People Director, a coach and a consultant. The breadth of Penny’s capabilities is considerable and may take the form of a Global HR transformation programme or board and executive level development and reward. She delivers customer centric organisational change, talent strategy and development programmes, and much more besides.
Ray Luther
Ray Luther, PCC, is a senior lecturer of management and the executive director for the Partnership for Coaching Excellence and Personal Leadership at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.
Ray founded and co-directs the Kelley MBA Leadership Academy, and previously served as executive director of the fulltime Kelley MBA Program. He teaches classes in personal leadership, strategic visioning, organizational behavior, and executive coaching. He has also developed programs for clients including John Deere, H&R Block, National Express, Cummins, OneAmerica, MISO, and the NFL Players Association.
Ray’s work experience spans 25-years and includes executive team leadership, strategy, branding, market research, innovation and change management. He started his career as a U.S. Army Officer in the 3rd Infantry Division where he was a platoon leader and a company executive officer in the Medical Service Corps.
Ray holds a BS and MBA from Indiana University. He is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, a Certified Hudson Institute Coach, an Immunity to Change Certified Coach, and is currently pursuing his PhD in Leadership Studies.
Dr Clare Murray
Dr Clare Murray is a consultant organisational psychologist, author and leadership coach across a spectrum of industries including finance, banking, industrials, consumer as well as public sector. Clare has a global client base and operates up to board level utilizing her expertise in building high performance teams, facilitating large-scale organisational restructuring, culture change, assessment and development of leaders and boards amongst other areas.
Clare has a Bsc in Psychology/Sociology and a PhD in Social Psychology both from City University, London and regularly works as a leadership coach and group facilitator in executive education at London Business School (LBS).
Nadia Nagamootoo
Nadia works with leadership teams and as an executive coach across sectors, industries, and global regions from large corporates such as HSBC, Ericsson and GSK to building leadership capability and resilience within Central and Local Government.
She has a deep specialism in the field of Inclusion and Diversity. Her 2016 and 2018 ground-breaking pieces of research on men working flexibly and the systemic impact on women, organisations and society has achieved significant publicity and attention.

Karan Paige
Karan is a change and transformation leader and coach with deep expertise shepherding organisations through evolutionary and revolutionary change across a variety of sectors including retail, media, hospitality and leisure, and business services.
She works closely with leaders in global teams to craft change-strategies and plans, build digital cultures and virtual global teams, and develop organisational effectiveness programmes to ensure organisational success. Karan specialises in change leadership coaching and coaching women leaders.
She has an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School.
Jiten Patel
After 20 years in Financial Services, Jiten founded a highly successful consultancy specialising in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion for a vast range of clients from Blue Chip companies, national and local governments, through to small local charities.
He works internationally, helping clients with inclusive leadership, and developing organisational culture/change, through coaching, strategic planning events, training & facilitating, and policy & process development. His work has earned him several awards, including the Diversity Champion (Education Sector) in 2015 and the Highly Commended Head of Diversity and Inclusion at the 2016 and 2017 UK Inclusive Company Awards.
Jiten’s first book, Demystifying Diversity (co-authored by Gamiel Yafai), was published in 2016, with an expanded second edition going to press in 2020.
David Radford
David has over 20 years of corporate leadership experience at director level. Most recently he was CMO for Allianz Insurance plc, part of the global insurance and investment group Allianz SE. He has a track record in leading transformational change and high-performing teams in a range of organisations including Allianz, Barclays, LV= and Labatt Brewing.
David now enjoys advising and coaching organisations and individual leaders towards realising their potential. He is a Fellow and a Course Director on Strategic Leadership for the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and an Associate Fellow at Said Business School, University of Oxford.
Carmel Taibi-Lehn
Carmel is an Executive Performance Coach who is dedicated to helping leaders, teams and organizations succeed.
With deep experience in Leadership and Organizational Development, Change Management, Leadership and Team Coaching, she partners to develop leadership teams built on trust, safety, collective problem-solving, responsibility and aligned execution of strategic priorities.

Yumi Katherine Tomizuka

She has served as a consultant with Egon Zehnder in the UK, as the global VP of Corporate Development at adidas Group in Germany, and has held regional, market, and global roles at IBM Asia Pacific in Japan, Booz Allen Hamilton in the UK, and Deere & Company in the US.
