Kris is an Operations Manager with experience in Office & Facilities Management in an Executive Search environment.
Born in Canada, she has also lived in Berlin, Germany where she worked in Marketing/PR and German-English translation. Her work has been published in the Canadian Military History Journal.
She has a keen interest in cultural and cognitive diversity and holds an MA in History/Sociology from Wilfrid Laurier University, a BA in Culture and Language from University of New Brunswick as well as French and German language certifications.

Laura is a Chartered Organisational Psychologist who is passionate about using data and analytics to drive workplace inclusion efforts. She received a PhD in Industrial- Organisational Psychology with a Quantitative Statistics minor from Florida International University, and a BSc in Health and Human Performance and Psychology from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
Laura has extensive research experience using quantitative and qualitative methodologies to ensure that organisational solutions are evidence-based. She also has experience developing leadership training programmes, resources and tools aimed at promoting disability inclusion. Her research has been published in leading academic journals in both organisational psychology and disability-related fields. With the desire to promote inclusive workplace cultures, Laura also engages in professional speaking and regularly presents research at conferences.
Outside of work, Laura is an avid football fan having played for 17 years in both the UK and US. She also enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring new countries and cultures.

Lucky is an experienced executive coach, leadership expert and chartered organisational psychologist. She specialises in helping transform global organisations and develop leaders, through successful long-term partnerships. Her career spans over 25 years, with extensive experience helping senior leaders and their teams deliver on their strategy in a sustainable way.
She has spent most of her career working with global corporations helping to identify, assess, develop, and retain top of house leaders with a core focus on fairness and equity. She is a skilled coach and facilitator, passionate about helping leaders and teams achieve their potential, clarify, and deliver on their purpose, and develop the cultural conditions around them that promote an inclusive environment.
When she is not working with Equiida, she is mum to two lively girls, enjoying a healthy outdoors lifestyle. She is a yoga enthusiast and when time allows, plays netball in a back-to-netball league. She also volunteers for organisations which help provide financial and developmental aid to disadvantaged children from around the globe.
Mandip is an organisational psychologist with expertise in leadership strategy, assessment and development. Her experience spans corporate banking, retail, technology, consultancy and academia. She has designed talent assessments for intelligence roles in MI5, MI6 and GCHQ. She has also designed and delivered large-scale people-focused change initiatives for Rolls-Royce, the NHS and EDF Energy. Mandip is skilled in conducting in-depth selection and development assessments for FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 leaders, and has coached a range of C-suite and C-suite –1 leaders.
As a result of her own difficult life experiences and personal growth, she is fiercely committed to unlocking people’s potential by helping leaders to develop their self-awareness and psychological insights. Her work is guided by an ethos of delivering a positive societal impact. Mandip is especially interested in the areas of diversity, equity and inclusion, entrepreneurial behaviour and high-performance culture.

Over the last 20 years he has gained experience of working in-house and as a consultant with the world's largest global brands. His core areas of expertise are inclusive leadership, assessment, team coaching and culture change.
He is a speaker and contributor to several professional bodies such as The CIPD, The Association of Business Psychology, The Diversity Project and WiHTL on the topic of Inclusive Leadership. He is the author of 'The Inclusive Leader Scorecard, A Framework to Unlock the Power of Diversity in Your Organisation' (2020). He currently works and lives in two cities, London and Malaga. In his personal time he runs personal development seminars for community and charitable organisations.

Ria is an FCCA qualified accountant with comprehensive experience in both public practice; dealing with compliance matters such as personal tax, VAT, statutory accounts, and corporation tax, as well as leading in-house finance teams within a range of industries to include education, travel, construction, and music.
Ria enjoys implementing and streamlining financial processes with a modern outlook and the use of digital systems and software. As well as possessing a ‘hands on’ approach, her desire to make a positive impact within business means she constantly strives to apply her technical knowledge and experience to individual situations and translate the jargon into meaningful and accurate information capable of supporting important decision making.
Before embarking on her accountancy career, Ria gained an LLB (Hons) Law degree from the University of Greenwich and the Legal Practice Course qualification from the College of Law in London.

Jane is based in the US and has been in executive leadership roles both the UK as well as the US in consulting, consumer and non-profit market sectors. Her expertise focusses on areas such as leadership development, executive team dynamics, strategic thinking and planning, team and organisational culture amongst others. With a degree in education, Jane has extensive experience at the top level of organisations where she is able to focus on understanding how team dynamics impact business results and incorporate real and current business challenges/opportunities into the learning process.
Bettina von Wachter

Bettina has a multidisciplinary background combining market research, strategy development and project management for a range of global clients across multiple industries.
She has experience in entrepreneurship and innovation and is passionate about understanding people at their core and getting under the skin of cultures. She previously worked at a VC firm in Washington DC focused on Fintech for inclusion in emerging markets.
She’s also worked at various DC based non-profit organisations that foster economic development. Bettina has a MA in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Chester and a BA in Sociology and Economics from American University.
Marc is a board advisor and former gold medal winning paralympian who has created and delivered leadership, behavioural and communication strategies and development programmes for a range of organisations working with senior executives in 32 different countries and 100 different nationalities. Marc's background is integral to his helping organisations perform to the best of their ability, in an ever-disruptive world. He competed internationally as a swimmer for 17 years, winning 12 medals from five Paralympic Games. Over time he became recognised for his ability to get the best from himself and the teams he was part of.
As a member of faculty on IBM’s Accelerated Leadership Programme and London Business School's Accelerated Development Programme, he continues to influence a new generation of business leaders. Particularly interested in the attributes, behaviours and values that individuals bring to organisations to balance ‘positive disruption’ and ‘fit’, he is co-author of Beyond the Call and the Coomber-Woods Discretionary Effort tool.
