Supporting Evolution

How Equiida helped a global manufacturer develop a leadership culture that supported innovation, inclusion, and long-term growth.

  • CLIENT

A family-owned global manufacturing business with multibillion-euro revenue and more than 11,000 employees.

  • GOAL

To equip the organisation’s top 250 leaders with the skills to build a culture of inclusion, belonging, and psychological safety.

  • CHALLENGE

To overcome traditional leadership practices and regional barriers that were limiting innovation and cultural progress.

  • IMPACT

Leaders equipped with practical tools to drive sustainable change and accelerate progress across key ESG metrics.

Challenge

Our client, a multibillion-euro manufacturer with a 75-year history, was committed to modernising its culture and leadership approach.

Despite previous transformation efforts, traditional leadership practices continued to limit innovation, employee engagement, and inclusion. The CEO and Chief People Officer recognised the need for a deeper cultural shift and sought to equip senior leaders with the skills and accountability to lead that change.

Equiida was engaged to support leadership development and culture evolution across the organisation. While positive foundations were already in place, a more strategic and scalable approach was needed to embed inclusive leadership and drive lasting behavioural change.

Solution

Bespoke Inclusive Leadership Programme

Equiida designed and delivered a bespoke programme for the organisation’s senior leaders.

The programme combined interactive virtual workshops, behavioural surveys, practical learning resources, and inclusion nudges to help leaders apply new approaches within their teams and business units.

Rather than simply raising awareness, the programme focused on building ownership, accountability, and practical leadership behaviours that could drive meaningful cultural change across the business.

Impact

  • Practical Leadership Tools

Leaders and internal inclusion champions used the programme’s tools and frameworks to support sustainable cultural change across multiple regions and teams.

  • Progress on ESG Engagement

The programme strengthened progress across key Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) metrics, supporting the organisation’s broader goals around culture, engagement and leadership effectiveness.
